WARSAW,' September 8. In Poland, the Communists have opened a drive to “destroy all exploiters and capitalists among the nation’s 15,000,000 peasants says the Associated Press correspondent It is reported that the fences dividing individual farms have been torn down in some districts and that Communist groups . have smashed tractors owned by “rich peasants m central Poland. The Minister of Industry and Commerce, M. Mine, said that the socialising of the peasant production would be a great political battle. “In the countryside,” he said, “there can be no capitalists, no exploiters, no rich and poor, but only diligent workers.”
