Italy to Retain . Its Somali Territory (Rec. 11.30) ■ NEW YORK, Sept. 2 The Big Four Powers have agreed to award Italian Somaliland to Italy, under the United Nations’ trusteeship. This is reported by a New York “Times” correspondent in Pari§, Mr C. L. Sulzberger, who quotes reliable London sources for the report. He adds: Ethiopia will be granted an outlet to the Red Sea, by a partitioning of Eritrea, ana by the giving of the port of Assab, in the region of Danakil, to Haile Selassie'. The Big Four have not agreed on the future of Libya and on that portion of Eritrea which has not been granted to Ethiopia.
