African Cannibals Sentenced to Die
MASERU (Basutoland), May 9.
The High -Court sentenced to death eight natives, including the chieftain Motseare Lerothol.’, on charges of cutting flesh from a native while he was still alive, thrustiug a sharpened umbrella stay into his throat, and collecting the blood in a bottle, a stabbing him to death with a forked stick, and throwing the body into a river.
