May Assist The Russians (Rec. 8.30). LONDON, May 7. Information which may save the Russians years of work in the development of atomic power for industrial and military purposes has been published in an American magazine, says the Dail’' press. It gives facts, figures and formulas about plutonium—the explosive which is used in the latest atom bombs. Leading British atomic scientists last night expressed surprise that such information should have been published One scientist said that the details given were graded as a vital part in the secret “know-how” of atom bomb production. The British Ministry of Supply told the Daily Express that this information was released by an agreement between British, American and Canadian security chiefs.
