SABOTAGE PLOT FOILED
ROME, May 6. The police in Milan arrested two Communists following the discovery of an alleged plot to blow up the Osolengo arsenal, the largest army ammunition dump in northern Italy. The police say the men claimed that Ihe Communist Party ordered them to blow tin the dump.
