B.M.A. to Accept British Health Service

LONDON, May 5. The British Medical Association council announced that it had advised the doctors to co-operate in the new National Health Service which comes into effect on July 5, on condition that the Ministry of Health continued negotiations on the outstanding matters of disagreement between the doctors and the Government. The counsel made the announcement after considering the results of the plebiscite among doctors. ___
