Stockton Mine Hoist Breakdown
Because of a breakdown in the hoist at, Ngakawau, the Fly Creek section *6f the Stockton mine was not working yesterday. The fault affects the rope-road running from one of the bins, and it is possible that it might affect production at the open cast mine. Work at the Webb colliery is not affected.
