ARRIVAL TO-DAY OF LADY BADEN-POWELL

The head of the Girl Guide organisation throughout the world, Lady Baden Powell, C.8.E., is to arrive in Greymouth this morning in the course of a tour of the Dominion. She will be tendered a civic reception to-, night at the Wesley Hall. Other functions will be a business girls : luncheon, and a trin to Hokitika. From here Lady Baden Powell will go to Westport. To-morrow morning she will visit Hokitika and review Brownies and Guides. The business girls’ luncheon to-morrow at Harker’s Lounge will be at 1. p.m. At 3 p.m. Scouts and Guides will march through the town to Victoria Park, where all groups of Guides, Brownies, Rangers, Cubs and Scouts will be reviewed by Lady Baden Powell. There will be a social gathering to-morrow night and the noted visitor will leave the following morning for Westport.
