The Associated Press correspondent at Vienna states that at a meeting there to-day of the Allied Control Council, the Allied military commanders are
expected to protest against the traffic restrictions there imposed by the Russians, in spite of the fact that the Russians have made some relaxations.
Russian guards at a barrier which they established yesterday, on the road from A ienna to the United States airport at Tulin, are no longer requesting the production of the Four-Power and grey pass.
