The Danish conservative newspaper National Tidende, says: “Danger is getting nearer”. The Swedish paper Dagens Nyheter, says: “There is no doubt that this Russian action is directly. connected with the Communist coup in Prague. The methods vary, but there is only one aim”. . , *• The Finnish Social Democratic Party organ, Suomen Social Demokraatti, which advocates friendship, but no pacts, with Russia, says: The Finnish Communists would be wise to =ave the news dispatches from Prague. With small modifications, they might be useful lor describing the'future developments in Finland . Roumania, Too ? (Rec. 9.5) LONDON, Feb. 28 The Associated Press Warsaw correspondent says: The Government or Poland has announced a pact ot friendship, collaboration, and mutual assistance which is shortly to be signed with Rumania by the Polish Government. COMMUNIST LINE-UP IN RUMANIA BUCHAREST, Feb. 28 The four Government narties, namelv the Workers’ Party, Ploughman’s Front, National Popular Party, and Popular Union, announced in a joint communique that they would present a single list of candidates for tlm Rumanian elections on March 28. The National Liberation Party, which Mr Tatarescu formerly led. will contest the elections separately.
