(Rec 7 30) LONDON, Feb .29 Sir Stafford Cripps, after making a speech to-day, was asked whether he thought Russia’s policy would lead to war He said that Britain’s policy towards Russia was enshrined in the Anglo-Russian pact of friendship and mutual support, which had been absorbed into the United Nations Charter. The best way of ..getting friendship with Russia, he said, was to have practical trade dealings with her. Sir S. Cripps said that he did nm think that there was the least likelihood of America boycotting the British Labour Government. He did not think that there would be anything in the Marshall Plan purposely to embarrass any Government
