SLATER: On January 18, 1948, at Grey Lynn, KATY SLATER (nee Tobin), beloved Wife of Frank Slater, 181 Great North Road, Grey Lynn; (late of Brunner and Greymouth). The Funeral took place yesterday.
HORNSBY: On January 20, 1948, at Greymouth, EMMA, Widow of James Hornsby; native of Victoria; in her 85th. year. The Funeral will leave the late residence, 8 Blackett Street, Cobden, TO-DAY (Wednesday), at 2 p.m. for St. Paul’s Methodist Church, and thence for the Karoro Cemetery.
