Port of Westport If river conditions were favourable for swinging the Wingatui was to have sailed yesterday afternoon. The s.s. Totara (for Tarakohe), s.s. Wingatui (for Wellington), and s.s. Kartigi (for Auckland) were expected to sail yesterday afternoon if bar conditions were favourable. The Kiwitea is expected to sail to-day.
The Westport bucket dredge is expected to-morrow. The Maui will undergo an overhaul before resuming dredging.
The Omana is due during the weekend from Auckland to load coal for Auckland.
The raipfall for the 24 hours p to 9 a.m. yesterday was 214 points.
