McKenzie (Hornby); 1.. Brown (Linwood); E. Lewis (Hornby); Len Brown (Sydenham), captain. Forwards: P. Smith (Prebbleton); vice-captain, D. McLeod (Sydenham), ,T. Duke (Sydenham); K. Andrews (Sydenham); K. Alfield (Rakaia); L. Gardiner (Rakaia). Emergencies: backs, J. Lisle (Hornby), and R. Wilde (Linwood); forwards: J. Dunn Riccarton) and R.
Broadhurst (Papanui). J. Haig (Prebbleton) the former AH Black half-back, was not available for selection because of sickness. The manager of the team will be Mr C. D. Edmonds.
