RUGBY FOOTBALL WALES v. FRANCE
LONDON, March 23
Reuter’s correspondent in Paris says Wales spoiled France’s unbeaten record in this season’s Rugby. Wales won by 3 points to 0 in a hard but uneventful match. Wales kept the Frenchmen closely covered and gained a lead with a penalty just before half-time. In the second half Wales assumed control of the game and kept the Frenchmen on the defence.
