HON. R. SEMPLE’S VISIT TO ANNOUNCE TEN YEAR PLAN
Hon. R. Semple, Minister of Works and Railways, arrived yesterday afternoon'in Greymouth, and this morning at 11 o'clock will at the Town Hall deliver an address in which he will announce the Government’s Ten Year Plan of public works on the West Coast. The address will be broadcast. Accompanying the Minister on his visit to the West Coast, which will cover the Buller and Karamea districts, are Messrs T. G. G. Beck (Deputy Commissioner of Works), Kissel (General Manager of the State hydro system), R. A. Patterson (Government Architect-), Sayers (General Manager of Railways), R. G. Bruckell (Planning Staff, Minister of Works), and K. Doyle (Secretary).
