(Special to Argus) P.A. WELLINGTON, Feb. 27. An anti-cyclone is centred over the Tasman Sea. It covers New Zealand. Forecast to 5 p.m. on Friday: Moderate easterly winds, turning to westerly in the afternoon. Weather fair and mild. Further outlook: scattered rain in South Westland, elsewhere fair to cloudy.
