JAVA AGREEMENT
Dutch Cabinet Disapproves LONDON, November 26. The Dutch Cabinet discussed the Dutch-Indonesian draft agreement at the week-end, and disapproved of it almost unanimously, says the Daily Telegraph’s diplomatic correspondent. The Dutch Parliament is expected to reject it. BATAVIA, November 26. It is officially stated that Dutch rocket-carrying planes' and Dutch naval units destroyed the Indonesian batteries on Sumatra’s north coast responsible for the shelling of the Dutch destroyer.
