BURGLAR MURDERS CONSUL PARIS, November 27. The Norwegian Consul in Marseilles, Fredric Marstrander, was shot dead in his apartment by a burglar before his wife’s eyes. Two housebreakers were discovered climbing through a window as the Marstranders were sitting down to supper. Marstrander, a powerful man, grappled with one of the men, who, after crying for mercy, drew a gun and shot Marstrander in the stomach, and then ascaped with his accomplice through the window’. The police arrested two men on the road near Vaignon, and charged them with murdering Marstrander. PLANE CRASHES NEW YORK, November 28. A Lacsa airplane serving the Costa Rica interior crashed against the Cedral mountain. Santana, killing 22.
