WORLD GRAIN SHORTAGE
(Rec. 7.30.) LONDON, Nov. 19. A diplomatic correspondent of The Times says: Despite the fact that the United States and the Canadian grain harvests are well above the average, the most recent British calculation -is there will be an overall world deficit of about two hundred million bushels of grain in the coming year.
