The weather situation is as follows: There is an anti-cyclone near Tasmania. There is a deep depression E’outh-east of the South' Island. Forecast to 5 p.m. on Monday: Moderate or fresh westerly winds predominating. Weather cloudy and cool, with occasional showers, chiefly north ‘of Greymouth. Further outlook: Changeable and showery.
