(Special to “Argus”). WELLINGTON, August 27. The weather report is as follows: — Situation: A ridge of high pressure covers the Tasman Sea. There is a depression to the southreast of New Zealand. Forecast to 5 p.m. on Wednesday: Moderate variable , winds, easterlies predominating in the’ morning, and westerlies or south-westerlies in the afternoon. Weather fair, but cold. Further outlook: Weather becoming unsettled.
