(Special to “Argus”). WELLINGTON, August 23. The weather’ report states: — Situation: There is a deep depression south of New Zealand,- with a secondary depression developing off Westland. Forecast to 5 p.m. on Saturday: Winds from a westerly quarter, fresh or strong at times. Weather overcast, with occasional rain, heavy at times, with some thunderstorms likely. Temperatures becoming colder. Further outlook: Unsettled, with occasional rain.
