OCCUPIERS OF E.P.S. HUT

CHARGE PREFERRED IN COURT P.A. AUCKLAND, May 16. The occupiers who seized the E.P.S. hut in Albert Park, in the centre of the city, have vacated it. This was announced in the police court this morning, when Charles Bernard O’Leary, a railway surfaceman, and Myrtle Dorothy Morris, housekeeper, were charged with being found without a lawful excuse in the building. O’Leary was admitted to six months’ probation and the charge against Morris was dismissed.
