BUSTING UP GERMANY!

Soviet and U.S.A. A LOSS FOR EUROPE LONDON, April 1. Conditions that at present are being imposed on Germany made the Treaty of Versailles look like a bed of roses, said Mr. R. R. Stokes, speaking in Ipswich. “Russia is busy busting up Germany in the hope of preventing further aggression. America is doing likewise to destroy a trade competitor.” Mr. Stokes expressed the opinion that unless Germany were organised for full production, the whole of Europe would suffer.
