NOW BUILDING IN HUTT VALLEY

(Rec. 9.5) LONDON. Feb. 16 Dunlops announce the;/ are building a factory in Hut? Valley. New Zealand, twenty miles from Wellington, on a forty acres site. Mr. Philip Proctor has been appointed managing director for Dunlop's New Zealand Limited, which has been licensed by the Government to make tyres and other -rubber goods. The company has also acquired a rubber factory at Christchurch, Tho factories are expected' to employ five hundred. Mr. Proctor has been Dunlop’s overseas manager.
