BRITISH COMMAND IN GREECE.

(Rec. 7.10). LONDON, February 12. The War Office has announced that Major-General E. N. Crawford has been appointed G.O.C. in Greece, with the acting rank of LieutenantGeneral, in place of Lieutenant-Gen-eral Sir Ronald Scobie. General Crawford, since the end of 1942, has been Director of Air at the War Office. General Scobie will return 4o Britain on leave, after being five years overseas.
