COMMUNIST LEAD IN AN ELECTION (Rec. 9.30) BERLIN, Jan. 31. The British News Service states: German Communists obtained a clear lead in an election of delegates for a German free trade union conference. Out of 169 delegates, there are 103 Communists. and 61 Social Democrats. In Saxony there were 347 Communists and 61 Social Democrats elected.
