Atom Bomb Effects
LAST FOR SIX MONTHS (Rec. 8.40) NEW YORK, Jan. 28. Dr. Clement Henshaw, of the Colgate University Physics Department, reported that tests made on an unexposed film indicated that two small pieces of fused earth from the atom bomb crater in the State of New Mexico were still radio-active six months after the experimental explosion.
