CAIRO, January 6. Amin Osman Pasha, an Egyptian Senator, and formerly the Wafdist Government’s Minister of Finance, has died in hospital, after being twice shot by an assailant in a Cairo street. He was shot in the shoulder and the abdomen. A blood transfusion and an operation proved unavailing. The assailant escaped. The Egyptian Government is offering live thousand pounds reward for information leading to the arrest of the assassin.
