IP.A. WELLINGTON, August 24 The weather forecast fpr the West Coast is as follows: Situation: There is an intense anti-cyclone east of New Zealand. There is a depression in the central Tasman Sea. Forecast to 5 p.m. on Saturday: Fresh northeasterlies, strong at times. Cloudy conditions, with occasional rain, chiefly in the north at first. Moderate temperatures. Further outlook: Widespread rain.
