PRODUCTION ORDERS REVOKED WASHINGTON, August 20. The War Production Board has abolished 210 industi;ial control orders, including those affecting the production of radios, refrigerators, trucks, electric fans, laundry equipment, and photographic film. Many further revocations will be announced in a few days. Air. Krug warned that the board will reimpose restrictions if manufacturers do not produce the same proportion of low cost durable goods as before the war. The Maritime Commission announced the cancellation of 425,000,000 dollars in contracts covering the construction of 135 ships, also three contracts for special military equipment. One contract was for 24 small tankers for lend-lease to Britain.
