MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE At a meeting of the above there were present: Messrs B. F. Connors (chairman), P Sweetman, W Meates, N Messenger, J. Oakley, L. Hunter, and T. F. McKenzie (secretary).. Apologies for absence were received from Messrs B. : Ramsay and;' J. Anisy. A motion-of sympathy with the relatives of Gillman, . Mrs. Kidd, Messrs H. Shrives and Murphy, was carried, members?; standing in silence. Nominations;'were received for two additional members;of; the Management Committee, the secretary was instructed to forward ballot papers to the clubs. It was decided that clubs be asked to nominate selectors for all grades, and that nominations of teams be m the hands of the League not later than March 27th. • ’ . -

The Ground’Corijmittee placed before, the meeting 1 , a.’statement of receipts ang expenditure which, showed that the sum/of £3OO. had been re “ paid. The next riieeting was fixed for Wednesday.,.March 21, at 7 pm. Reports.received, indicated ••.that, an ■increased humbfer of‘teams ’would ;bd entered in the various competitions, it was decided to officially open the Reason on April 8. : . ,
