WASHINGTON, February 26. The Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee, Mr. Cannonreleasing official testimony on food suplies, predicted the end of the war would bring the greatest glut of surplus food America had ever experienced. The principal reason was that the demand for food in the liberated areas of Europe was far short of expectations.
