LONDON, November 26. In a Rugby Union inter-Services match, a Richmond (South Africa) team, beat a New Zealand team by sixteen to eight, after a fast,, keen game. Flying-Officer R. Lelong, and Pilot-Officer G. Childs wer e speedy New Zealand wings, while the fullback, Flying-Officer J. H. MacDonald, tackled resolutely. Pilot-Officer J. L. Grayburn, and Sergeant M. P. Goddard, scored New Zealand’s tries, MacDonald converting one. It was an even struggle, but the South Africans deserved their victory. ■ A R.N.Z.A.F. side beat a New Zealand Army team by eighteen to nil.
