CANBERRA. Nov. 21. No decisions have been made by conferences which have discussed the means of . increasing Australia’s coal output. Officials of the Miners’ Federation have again pressed their claims for the abandonment of prosecutions for strikes and absenteeism, and for the establishment of a Federal pensions scheme.
