[Special to “Argus”!. P.A. WELLINGTON, Oct. 11 The weather forecast for the West Coast is as follows:— Situation:—An anti-cyclone is stationary north of the Dominion. Westerly depressions continue to pass in the south; Forecast to 5 p.m.:—Winds from a westerly quarter, strong at times. Weather: —Cloudy to overcast, with periods of rain. Temperatures:—Becoming cooler. Further outlook:—Southerly winds, weather improving rapidly
