FRENCH FLEET
LONDON, Sept. 14. ■ The French Battle Fleet steamed into their home port on September 14 past the wreckage of their sister shins bombed and scuttled in ihe harbour, which is rapidly being reopened for shipping, says Reuter’s Toulon correspondent. The British cruiser Sirius, with Admiral Cunningham aboard, and the American cruiser Philadelphia, with Admiral Davidson, were in the procession.
