PROPOSALS FOR COALITION. LONDON,.August 9. The British United Press Moscow correspondent says that M. Mikolajczyk is shortly returning to London with proposals for a coalition Government, for submission to the .Polish Government in London. Any such government would be established only with the approval of the Soviet Government, the Polish Government and the National Committee of Liberation. It is understood the moderate section of the Polish Government in London ?s asrreeablo to ttie re-establishnient of the Democratic 1921 Constitution and the elimination of Sosnkowski. Tne Tripartite talks meanwhile are suspended after reported cordial discussions.
