The Transport Licensing Passenger Regulations, recently gazetted, altering the fares of children conveyed by 'buses, will come into operation in the Grey district immediately, according to an announcement by the Traffic Department Inspector at Greymouth, Mr. J l . A. Ramsay. The regulations provide that children up to the .age of four years are carried free of charge, whereas the limit previously had been three years, and that children under. 15 pay half-fare, instead of only under 12, as .previously was the case.
