CZECH BANKNOTES PRINTED. 8.0.W. RUGBY, June 18.

Czechoslovak banknotes are being printed in Russia on behalf of the Czechoslovak Government for use by Red Army troops, according to an agency message. The rate of exchange is kept secret to prevent speculation.

Before the war the rouble was .quoted 1 at 16 crowns in Prague. The Czechoslovak Army in Russia is paia at the rate of six crowns to the rouble. The notes are fully guaranteed by the Czechoslovak Government.
