BABY DROWNED
FALL INTO CREEK NEAR HOME! PA CHRISTCHURCH, May 10. Eileen Agnes Journee, aged sixteen months, of Ferry Road, Heathcote, was drowned when she feu into a creek near her home this evening. Artificial respiration was tried unsuccessfully and the child was brought to the Christchurch Hospital where she was found to be dead.
