THREE MILLION OVERSEAS. (Rec. 11-10) WASHINGTON, May 3. Mr. Somervell disclosed that American forces overseas greatly exceeded the numbers sent to the last world war, and said' there would be twice as many by the end of the summer, says the New York “Herald-Tribune” Washington correspondent.
