Bachelor of Science (Auckland University College).—Alan Patrick Mason. University of Otago: James Petrie Anderson. Bachelor of Commerce (Canterbury University College).—Robert Richard Hudson. Bachelor of Engineering. (Canterl bury University College).—Alfred Martin Jolty (mechanical), lonoval Ellice Jones (electrical and civil). Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (University of Otago).— Martin Girling Butcher. MOTOR .CYCLE FATALITY. P.A. WHANGAREI, May 2. Alexander Boyd McKenzie, 43 _ of Whangarei, married with two children, one of whom is in the. Air Force, was fatally injured last night. Mr. McKenzie, a mine deputy employed at the Hikurangi mines, had come off shift work just before midnight, and was -travelling homeward when his motor cycle skidded. He was thrown heavily to the road, landing on his head. He was taken to Whangarei Hospital, where he died without, regaining consciousness. He was a prominent member of the local Ambulance Brigade.
