(Rec. 6.30) LONDON, April 29 Moscow radio says: Armed clashes are occurring between Polish patriots who are collaborating- uith Moscow and the underground Polish traitors who are obeying j-he orders from the emigre Polish Government in London. The “New York Times’’ Moscow correspondent says: Concern is felt in Moscow about ucssibie danger to security of the Allies’ plans at this vital period by the continued presence in Washington of the accredited Finnish diplomatic mission. It Is felt that the break-down of negotiations between Moscow and Helsinki has shown the futility of continuing to regard the Finnish Government as capable of independent action, and that recent events demonstrated Finland to be in a subservient position to Berlin.
