Two; Allied submarines near Svinvaer Isle, Masloev Fiord, Norway, on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Berlin radio, shelled and sank the Norwegian ship “Narvik.’’ German patrol vessels rescued four men from the ship. ENEMY TANKER SUNK. 8.0.W. RUGBY, March 22. On Mondav night our coast defence batteries engaged; a 4,000-ton German tanker in the Straits of Dover. The tanker was. hit, and subsequently air reconnaissance reported that she could not be seen at sea or in the harbour, and is therefore presumea sunk.
