LONDON Feb, 22. It has officially been announced that a British Commonwealth and Empire conference has been held in London under the chairmanship of Sir S. Cripps in the past few days to study war- time advances in radio development in the light of their bearing on post-war aviation in order that a useful contribution may be made by discussions with tlie "United Nations, and also later,, on an international basis. The ' delegates examined only technical aspects. They will report the recommendations to the respective Governments.
