(Rec. 11.10.) LONDON. Dec. 23. Mr. Churchill is out of danger. He is making good progress towards .a complete recovery, says the “Daily Telegraph's” political correspondent. For the first time for a week no bulletin was issued to-day, but one is expected to-morrow. . Mr Churchill is now handling State affairs. He is receiving documents from London'from the war fronts. He N also sendin- a daily batch of documents to fellow members of the War Cabinet.
