' The Australian Labour at its conference'' i to-dav. requested the Government to carry out Labour s bank nationalisation policy. It is believed that the Government will legislate to give the Commonwealth permanently the same power over the private banks as it has under the wartime regulations. Sue legislation may not be introduced until after the war. . The conference also carried a motion that it was of opinion that all of the transport services should be nationalised at an early pate. h'be President.
