(By Left Hook.) The large crowd who witnessed the previous bout between Norman Ross 11.9 and George Bowman 11.7 will look forward to their return match on Friday evening next at the Town Hall, Greymouth. Mel will have to produce something better than he has yet shown to keep “Chappie” at bay. Billy Hamilton and Jackie Mountlord staged a battle royal at Blackball recently, and their return bout here on Friday nighi should produce some tireworks. There is always plenty of action when Billy is on deck. .Some wonderful contests should lake place in the 7.7 section. A special trophy has been donated, and Tomm? Durin, Jackie Porter, Hay Morgan and Maurice Tuck will light .for it. The crowd will be on their toes while these boys are at itMick Ord is to compete on, Friday.
